|
|
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services
- Make sure that Location Services is on
- Scroll down to find the app
- Tap the app (Safari) and select an option:
- Never: Prevents access to Location Services information
- Ask Next Time: This allows you to choose Always While Using App, Allow Once, or Don't Allow
- While Using the App: Allows access to Location Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on screen. If an app is set to While Using the App, you might see your status bar turn blue with a message that an app is actively using your location.

Here's how to clear information from your device:
- To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
- To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
- To visit sites without leaving a history, turn private browsing on or off.
- When there's no history or website data to clear, the setting turns grey.
